Hotel Cancellation Deadline: April 21, 2025, 4:00 pm CT
XGM 2025 CANCELLATION POLICY:
The last day to cancel any reservation during XGM 2025 is April 21, 2025 by 4pm CT. Those who cancel reservations after this deadline will be charged the equivalent of one (1) night room & tax. If you do not cancel reservation(s) and do not check in on the scheduled date (no-show), you may be charged the full amount of all reservation nights plus applicable taxes.
