The registration cancellation deadline for XGM 2025 is Monday, April 7.

Registrations cancelled on Tuesday, April 8 or later are subject to a $100 late cancellation fee. If you do not cancel your registration and do not attend XGM (no-show), the full registration fee applies.

On-Site Registration Hours

Registration is open daily beginning at 7:30am central during XGM. Once at Epic, follow the signs to Registration to pick up your XGM badge and conference materials. Breakfast is served from 7:30 – 9:00am, and sessions start at 8:30am. 

All attendees need to be registered and wear a badge. Register prior to the start of XGM to lock in the lower conference rate and expedite your check-in upon arrival.
